We are committed to complying with applicable federal and state privacy laws, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, the Michigan Consumer Protection Act (MCPA), and applicable FCC regulations.

  1. Legal Basis for Processing (TCPA Compliance)

We send text messages only to individuals who have provided prior express written consent as required under the TCPA, 47 U.S.C. § 227. Consent records, including the date, method of consent, and the specific program consented to, are maintained and available upon request.

Consent is not a condition of employment or the purchase of any goods or services (where applicable).

  1. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share personal information with:

  • Service Providers: SMS platform vendors, carriers, and technology providers who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.

  • Opt Out: Reply STOP to any text message to immediately unsubscribe from further messages. Opt-out requests will be honored within one business day.
  • Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention obligations.

  1. Data Security

We implement reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. These include access controls, encrypted data transmission, and regular security assessments of our SMS platform vendors.

  1. Children’s Privacy

Our texting service is not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware of such collection, we will promptly delete the information.

  1. Michigan-Specific Notice

Residents of Michigan are protected under the Michigan Consumer Protection Act (MCL 445.901 et seq.) and related statutes. We do not engage in deceptive or unfair practices in connection with our messaging service. Michigan residents may contact the Michigan Department of Attorney General for consumer protection inquiries.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via text message or posted notice. Continued engagement with our messaging service following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
